All the things you need to know about Click to Pay

Visa Click to Pay is a secure online checkout experience that allows cardholders to pay without repeatedly entering card details. It uses tokenisation and Visa authentication to improve security and reduce friction.

You do not need to do anything, your card has been automatically enrolled for use with Click to Pay.

No, you do not need to download a special app, create an account or proactively enrol.

Click to Pay is available at participating online merchants that support the Click to Pay checkout experience. It will appear as an option at checkout if it is available with the merchant you are shopping with. 

Authentication is performed using existing Visa-supported mechanisms such as SMS One Time Password, depending on the transaction. 

No, transactions are completed using tokenised credentials, reducing exposure of card details during checkout.

Yes, please contact our friendly team who can remove your Click to Pay access. Cardholders do not have the ability to manage their own Click to Pay settings at this stage.
