Target Market Determinations

As a part of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Design and Distribution Obligations and Product Intervention Powers) Act (Cth) 2019, The Mac is required to provide Target Market Determinations (TMD) for all of our products.

A TMD is a document that describes who the product has been designed for, the conditions of the products distribution, when the TMD will be reviewed and any record keeping or reporting obligations of any distributors.
